By accessing or using All About Diecast (the "Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your use applies.

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, dimensions and photography as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, finish or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or display settings. Products are display accessories only — diecast models shown in photography are for scale reference and are not included unless explicitly stated.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price shown at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified and you receive an order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We do not store your full card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

Shipping timelines, charges and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on the Site — including product designs, photography, text, logos and branding — is the property of Rashmi Enterprise Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Misuse coupons, promotions, or referral mechanisms in bad faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rashmi Enterprise Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.
